HomeMy WebLinkAbout113-99 RESOLUTION• RESOLUTION NO 113-99 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK AND MICROFILM CLERK TO DESTROY RECORDS AND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN MICROFILMED FOR PERMANENT RECORD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk and Microfilm Clerk to destroy records which have been microfilmed for permanent record. A list of items for destruction is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
