Transfer of funding for he HWY 265 Water & Sewer Relocation is proposed and use of a ponion of In -House Sidewalk Improvement Project funding is proposed. /est DG 42 -T s Justification of this Increase: ht 1998 the City committed to cost sham the cost of widening HWY 16 West from the Bypass to Meadowlands with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD). Additionally, the City has received the 1998 rebate check from Beaver Water District providing the funds to pay for the HWY 265 Water & Sewer Relocation from Water & Sewer Fund.
