RESOLUTION NO 90-98
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF TRACT
#1, TRACT #2 AND TRACT #3, IN THE AMOUNT OF $345,725,
FOR THE EXTENSION OF SUNBRIDGE DRIVE FROM VILLA
BOULEVARD TO COLLEGE AVENUE; AND APPROVAL OF A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT PROVIDING FUNDING FOR THE
PURCHASE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the acquisition of Tract #1(2571 North
College Ave) containing approximately 0.36 acres, Tract #2 (2516 North College Avenue)
containing approximately 0.21 acres, and Tract #3 (North and South of Sunbridge Drive, West of
Villa Boulevard) containing approximately 0.10 acres, for the extension of Sunbndge Drive from
Villa Boulevard to College Avenue, as more fully set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section 2The City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$271,000, increasing Street Improvements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00, Project No. 97029 30 by
decreasing Street Improvements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00, Project No. 98029 20. A copy of
the budget adjustment is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
