RESOLUTION NO 77-98
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 98-50, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $39,220, PLUS A CONTINGENCY AMOUNT OF $8,000, TO
RPD QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, FOR ALL SLAB WORK FOR
THE NEW ANIMAL CLINIC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 The City Council hereby awards Bid No. 98-50, in the amount of $39,220,
plus a contingency amount of $8,000, to RPD Quality Construction, for all slab work for the new
animal clinic A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
