RESOLUTION NO 69-98
A RESOLUTION AWARD BID NO. 98-42114 THE AMOUNT OF
$82,818 TO WILLIAMS FORD TRACTOR AND EQUIPMENT
COMPANY FOR EQUIPMENT TO UTILIZED FOR HAY
MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS AT THE SLUDGE SITE AND
THE PARKS MOWING OPERATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 98-42, in the amount of $82,818
to Williams Ford Tractor and Equipment Company for equipment to be utilized for hay management
operations at the sludge site and the parks mowing operations.
Section 7. The equipment includes items numbered 1.A., large rectangular baler, 3., bi-
fold wheel rake, and 4., disc mower conditioner for a total of $72,796, with trade-in on items 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 for a trade-in value of $8,975, for a total cost of $53,821; and item number 5.,
tractor mower, in the amount of $47,397, with trade-in of items 12, 13, and 14, for a trade-in value
of 18,400, fora total cost of $28,997.
