A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO TASK
ORDER NO. 2 OF THE CONTRACT WITH McCLELLAND
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000,
FOR ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES IN THE DESIGN
OF THE AIRPORT'S NEW ABOVE -GROUND FUEL FARM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 That the City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No.
2 of the contract with McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., in the amount of $2,000, for
additional engineenng services in the design of the airport's new above -ground fuel farm; and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said Amendment No. 1. A copy of the contract
amendment is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

EXHIBIT A
AMENDMENT #1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2
AGREEMENT WITH McCLELLAND CONSULTING ENGINEERS. INC.
This is an amendment to the Agreement for Engineering Services dated the 30th
day of August , 1995, between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and
McClelland Consulting Engineers. Inc. . Additional services required to prepare site.
location and grashng documents to meet Plat Review requirements of the City.. The
charge for the additional services shall not exceed $ 2.000 .
If additional work is required (beyond Plat Review), additional fees will be negotiated.
