RESOLUTION NO 65-98
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 97-64 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $25,174 TO MOBILE CONCEPTS BY SCOTTY, FOR A
CHILDREN'S FIRE SAFETY HOUSE AND APPROVAL OF A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section L. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 97-64 in the amount of $25,174
to Mobile Concepts by Scotty, for a children's fire safety house. A copy of the bid tabulation is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. The City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$12,587 by increasing Fixed Assets, Acct. No. 1010 3010 5801 00 decreasing Use of Fund Balance,
Acct. No. 1010 0001 4999 99. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
