RESOLUTION NO 61- 9 8
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 98-26 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $44,097.13 TO BESTECH ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES,
INC., FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A
SMALL CREMATORY AND A MEDIUM CREMATORY FOR
THE ANIMAL SHELTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS•
Section L. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 98-26 in the amount of
$44,097.13 to Bestech Environmental Resources, Inc., for purchase and installation of a small
crematory to be use for individual cremation services, and a medium crematory to be used for mass
cremation services, for the animal shelter. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
