RESOLUTION NO 5 8 - 9 8
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
THE PARKS & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD TO ACCEPT
A 2.48 ACRE PARK LAND PARCEL AND TO WAVE THE
REMAINDER OF THE GREENSPACE REQUIREMENT TO
ACCEPT A CASH CONTRIBUTION FOR THE PROPOSED
EASTON PARK SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby accepts a 2.48 acres park land parcel and to
wave the remainder of the greenspace land requirement to accept a cash contribution for the
proposed Easton Park Subdivision,
Section 9. That such 2.47 acres park land parcel shall be reflected on subsequent filed
plats and a deed for land dedication shall be receive prior to release of final plat.
