A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFFER OF $18,000 AS FULL
SETTLEMENT OF THE EMINENT DOMAIN ACTION CIV 97-
267 AND 97-268, AGAINST JERRY D. SWEETSER ON
PROPERTY FOR THE 24TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS; AND
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1 That the City Council hereby approves an offer of $18,000 as full settlement
of the eminent domain action, CIV 97-267 and 97-268, against Jerry D. Sweetser on property for
the 24th street improvements.
Section 7 The City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$9,125 increasing Street Improvements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00, Project No. 96043 30
decreasing Interest Revenue, Acct. No. 4470 0947 4708 00. A copy of the budget adjustment is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
