RESOLUTION NO. 5 0- 98
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE RAZE AND REMOVAL OF
A STRUCTURE DETERMINED TO BE DILAPIDATED,
UNSAFE, UNSANITARY AND DETRIMENTAL TO THE
PUBLIC WELFARE, LOCATED AT 2173 WEST DEANE STREET
AND OWNED BY JENNY L SCHUMAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS*
Section 1 The City Council hereby determines that the property located at 2173 West
Deane Street, owned by Jenny L Schuman, has become dilapidated, unsafe, unsanitary and
detrimental to the public health.
Section 9 That Jenny L Schuman is hereby ordered to raze and remove the structure
located at 2173 West Deane Street. Said work shall be completed within thirty (30) days from the
posting of this resolution on the structure.
Section 3L Failure to raze and remove such structure as ordered will result in the raze and
removal by the Mayor or his/her designated representative and the City of Fayetteville shall have
a lien upon the aforesaid real property for the cost of razing and removing said structure as set forth
more fully in §151.52 of the Code of Fayetteville.

EXHIBIT A
A part of the Southwest quarter (SW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of
Section Five (5) in Township Sixteen (16) North of Range Thirty (30) West, and
a part of the Northwest quarter (NW1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW1/4) of
Section Eight (8) in Township Sixteen (16) North of Range thirty (30) West,
described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point which is 1489 feet West of a
rock monument marking the quarter -section corner between said Section 5 and
8, and running thence North 330 feet, thence West 176 feet, thence South 990
feet, thence East 176 feet, thence North 660 feet to the point of beginning,
containing four (4) acres, more or less.
