A RESOLUTION WAIVING §160.118 OF THE CODE OF
FAYETTEVILLE TO ALLOW ADVANCED TOWING SERVICE,
INC. TO HAVE A BARBED WIRE FENCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS*
Section 1. The requirements of the Code of Fayetteville, §160.118 is hereby waived to
allow Advanced Towing Service, Inc. to have a barbed wire fence in compliance with Fayetteville
Police Department criteria for "approved impound lots.
