A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD TO
ALLOW A WAIVER FROM THE PARK LAND DEDICATION
ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT MONEY IN LIEU OF A PARK LAND
DEDICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section L That the City Council hereby accepts the recommendation of the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board to allow Tom Terminella, owner/developer, to pay $23,625 in lieu of
a park land dedication.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of October , 1998.
