A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 97-87, ITEM NO. 1 TO
BLUE CIRCLE CEMENT FOR PORTLAND CEMENT; BID NO.
97-88, ITEM NO. 1, ITEM NO. 2, ITEM NO. 4 TO LION OIL FOR
AC -20, AC -30, AND PRIME; BID NO. 97-88, ITEM NO. 3 TO
KOCH MATERIALS, INC. FOR SS -1 OIL; AND BID NO. 97-89
TO BRUCE OAKLEY, INC. FOR DEICING SALT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 97-87, Item No. 1 to Blue Circle
Cement for portland cement for the public works division. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 9 The City Council hereby awards Bid No. 97-88, Item No. 1, Item No. 2, Item
No. 4 to Lion Oil for AC -20, AC -30 and Prime; and Bid No. 97-88, Item No. 4 to Koch Materials,
Inc for SS -1 oil, for the public works division. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
Section I. The City Council hereby awards Bid No. 97-89 to Bruce Oakley, Inc. for de-
icing salt for the public works division. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof.
