The Millennium Project will provide a way for the public to write down their ideas for how they want to see the Millennium celebrated. The Time Capsule fill provide the public with a structure for sharing their hones for the future. First Night time k:apsules will be open each decaaeand the contents shared publicly in a variety of ways - on cable. at Council meetings, on displays in schools ano puoiic buildings.
