A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES FOR THE FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,
AIRPORT BOARD BY ADDING SECTION II, (4)(d)
PROVIDING FOR ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOLLOWING A
VACANCY; AND AMENDING SECTION II, (11)(a)
PROVIDING ALTERNATE SITES FOR AIRPORT BOARD
MEETINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section II, General Policies and Procedures, (4)(d) is hereby added
to the General Policies and Procedures for the Fayetteville, Arkansas, Airport Board as follows:
II. GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
4 OFFICERS.
(d) Should for any reason any office become vacant the
Airport Board shall elect from its membership a
new officer(s) at the first meeting following such
vacancy to serve the remainder of the vacated term.
Section 2. That Section II, General Policies and Procedures, (11)(a) is hereby
amended for the General Policies and Procedures for the Fayetteville, Arkansas, Airport Board
as follows:
II. GENERAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
11. MEETINGS.
(a) The Airport Board shall meet once each month at
Drake Field, City Administration Building, or a
location as determined by the Mayor, Mayor's
designated representative or the Airport Board.
