A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT
PROPOSAL IN RE: THOMSON V. SWEETSER & CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, E 95-747.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby accepts the proposed settlement with the following
stipulations:
a.) that all affected property owners (Lots 5 through 21) agree to the
settlement and release the City from any further liability.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of July , 1996.
