RESOLUTION NO. 7-96
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF
COMPENSATION FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY PURCHASE
REQUIRED FOR JOYCE BOULEVARD EXTENSION (TO
GREGG), IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,225.00 TO GEORGIA M.
BROWN, AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
$ection 1. The Council hereby approves payment of compensation for a right-of-way
purchase required for Joyce Boulevard extension (to Gregg), in the amount of $22,225.00 to
Georgia M. Brown.
Section 2. The Council also approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$22,225.00 increasing Street Improvements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5809 00 by decreasing Use
of Fund Balance, Acct. No. 4470 0947 4999 99. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached
hereto and made part hereof.
