RESOLUTION NO. 73-96
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 96-30 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $137,371 TO ARKTRAC, INC., FOR THE
PURCHASE OF OF A TRACTOR/DOZER; AND ACCEPTING
A PURCHASE OFFER FROM WILLIAMS FORD TRACTOR IN
THE AMOUNT OF $19,101 FOR A DOZER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 96-30 in the amount of
$137,371 to Arktrac, Inc., for the purchase of of a tractor/dozer; and accepts a purchase offer
from Williams Ford Tractor in the amount of $19,101 for a dozer. A copy of the bid tabulation
is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
