A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXPENDITURE UP TO
$50,000 FOR LEGAL FEES INCURRED IN THE DEFENSE OF
BOATMEN'S V. CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE. ET AL, AND
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves an expenditure up to $50,000 for legal
fees incurred in the defense of Boatmen's v City of Fayetteville. et al.
Section 2. The City Council also approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$50,000 increasing Incinerator Settlement, Acct No. 1010 6600 5314.79 decreasing Use of Fund
Balance, Acct. No. 1010 0001 4999 99. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
