SILVA, WITH A ONE YEAR OPTION TO PURCHASE LOT G. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the sale of Lot H consisting of 1.4 acres, more or less and Lot tconsisting of 1.5 acres, more or less, located in the South Industrial Park, in the amount of $50,000, to Mark W. and Debra D. Silva, with a one year option to purchase Lot G in the amount of $31,500. A copy of the real estate contract is attached hereto marked Exhibit "Am and made a part hereof.
