RESOLUTION NO. 46-96
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT TO PROMULGATE POLICIES, PROCEDURES
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER LINES, SEWER LINES
AND STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Engineering Department is hereby authorized to promulgate
policies, procedures and specifications for water line, sewer lines and streets.
Section 2. That such policies, procedures and specifications for water lines and sewer
lines shall be reviewed and approved by the Water and Sewer Committee of the City and shall
be approved by the Mayor.
Section 3. That such policies, procedures and specifications for streets shall be
reviewed and approved by the Street Committee of the City Council and shall be approved by
the Mayor.
