RESOLUTION NO. 37-96
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER ADDING
THE AMOUNT OF $1,950 TO LARRY FENNER
CONSTRUCTION FOR UNEXPECTED FOUNDATION
PROBLEMS TO 154 EAST MEADOW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves a change order adding $1,950 to Larry
Fenner Construction for unexpected foundation problems found during rehabilitation of 154 East
Meadow. A copy of the addendum for Project No. 9502 is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of March , 1996.

Delete from the original specifications: Item # 17 Supply paint and supplies for home owner.

C. Delete from the original specifications: Item # 5 Gutters.

D. Add to the original specifications Item #4 "Roof": At the original structure not including the rear
addition, tear off the existing roof down to the bare rafters. West of the ridge, install purlin bracing
centered on the rafter span and braced down to a bearing wall. Install approximately 30 sheets of 1/2
inch plywood sheathing.
