A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO
RECOGNIZE A $35,000 CONTRIBUTION FROM TCA CABLE
FOR CAPTIAL EXPENSES OF THE PEG TELEVISION
CENTER.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$35,000 increasing Fixed Assets, Acct. No. 1010 0600 5801 00 and decreasing Cable
Contribution, Acct. No. 1010 0001 4813 00, to recognize a contribution from TCA Cable per
the franchise agreement. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof.
