RESOLUTION NO. 30-96
MICROFILMED
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF
DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MICROFILMED AND
RETAINED THE LENGTH OF TIME REQUIRED BY STATUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
,Section 1. That the City Council hereby authonzes the City Clerk's office to destroy
those documents that have been microfilmed and retained for the length of time required by
statue. A copy of the list of document is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March , 1996.
