RESOLUTION NO. 26-96
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AUTHORIZING THE NAME
CHANGE FOR NOW CALLED LAKE FAYETTEVILLE
SOUTH TO BE KNOWN AS "VETERAN'S MEMORIAL
PARK".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the name change for now called Lake
Fayetteville South to be known as "Veteran's Memonal Park".
Section 2. That the official map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby
amended to reflect the name change of the lake provided in Section 1 above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March , 1996.
