RESOLUTION NO. 104-96
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES
RETIREMENT PENSION PLAN INCREASING EMPLOYER
CONTRIBUTION FROM THE CURRENT 9% TO 12%, TO BE
EFFECTIVE FROM PAYROLL NO. 2 OF JANUARY , 1996.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves an amendment to the General Employees
Retirement Pension Plan to increase employer contribution from the current 9% to 12%. This
increase shall be granted to plan participants who are actively employed on 10-1-96, and made
effective from Payroll No. 2 of January 1996 or to the payroll date of initial enrollment if later
than January 1, 1996
