A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
TO SOUTHWESTERN BELL. TELEPHONE COMPANY. FOR
UNDERGROUND FACILfI'ILS AND A EQUIPMENT STATION
IN THE FAYETTEVl1.1.E INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute a permanent easement to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for
underground facilities and a equipment station in the Fayetteville Industrial Park. A copy of the
easement and legal description is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
