A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A BOND COUNSEL CONTRACT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $15,000.00 PLUS OUT-OF-POCKET
EXPENSES WITH MITCHELL, WILLIAMS, SELIG, GATES,
& WOODYARD FIRM OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FOR
THE REFINANCING OF THE 1979 CONT1NUNING
EDUCATION CENTER REVENUE BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a bond counsel contract in the
amount of $15,000.00 plus out-of-pocket expenses with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates, &
Woodyard firm of Little Rock, Arkansas for the refinancing of the 1979 Continuning Education
Center Revenue Bonds. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
