BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the site known as the "City Shop site", located on Happy Hollow Road, for the new Transfer Station and Recycling Materials Processing Facility. Section 2. That if for any reason the "City Shop site" cannot be used due to failure to obtain necessary permits or approvals, the alternate site know as Lot V in the Fayetteville South Industrial Park is hereby approved as the alternate site.
