BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The Council hereby grants three utility easements to provide for utilities to and on the Southeast Fayetteville Community Center as more fully set forth in the attached easements marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
