RESOLUTION NO. 81-94
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO APPLY FOR A S50,000.00
GRANT (50/50 MATCHING FUNDS) FROM THE ARKANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND TOURISM'S OUTDOOR
RECREATION GRANTS PROGRAM FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF DAVIS PARK.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
ectum 1. The Council hereby authorizes the Parks and Recreation Department to
apply for a $50 000.00 grant (50/50 matching funds) from the Arkansas Department of Parks
and Tourism's Outdoor Recreation Grants Program for the development of Davis Park. A copy
of the grant is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
