RESOLUTION NO. 7-94
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
TO ROLLFORWARD FUNDS TO 1994 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$355,322 TO PROCEED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
NEW CITY MAINTENANCE CENTER.
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1993 the Council approved a project budget of $460,000 for the
construction the new city maintenance center and;
WHEREAS, the project has utilized $104,678 in 1993 to purchase the building,
insulation, fille for the construction site and required engineering and architectual services and;
WHEREAS, an amount of $355,322 was not use in 1993 and staff now requests that the
amount be set aside for further construction of the maintenance center in 1994.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That a budget adjustment to rollforward funds to 1994 in the amount of
$355,322, mcreasmg Building Cost, Acct. No. 9700 1920 5804 00 by decreasing Use of Fund
Balance. Acct. No. 9700 0970 4999 99, to enable the construction of the new city maintenance
center to contmue. A copy of the budget adjustment rollforward is attached hereto marked
Enhrbit "A" and made a part hereof.
