A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TW() MONTH EXTENSION
FOR THE OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT OF THE
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT.
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Council hereby approves a two month extension to begin June 30,
1994, for the operation and management contract of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of June 1994.
