RESOLUTION NO. 67-94
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 94-32, ITEMS 1 AND
2, TO WILLIAMS FORD TRACI'OR FOR FOUR (4) NEW
UNITS (TRACTORS WITH MOWERS) FOR A TOTAL OF
$159,776 LFSS TRADE ALLOWANCE OF $52,900, AND
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby awards Bid No. 94 32, Items 1 and 2, to Williams
Ford Tractor for the purchase of four (4) new units (tractors with mowers), in the amount of
$156,776.00, less trade allowance of $52,900.00 for Unit 512, 1986 John Deere; Unit 513, 1984
Ford; Unrl 514, 1986 John Deere; Unit 515, 1986 John Deere for a total net amount of
$106,876.00. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof.
