RESOLUTION NO. 61-94 MICROFILMED
A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID NO. 94-31 TO MAXWELL
SUPPLY OF TULSA FOR 65,000 SQUARE YARDS OF
NONWOVEN GEOTEXTILE FABRIC TO BE USED FOR THE
1994 STREET PAVING PROJECTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby awards Bid No. 94-31 to Maxwell Supply
of Tulsa for 65,000 square yards of nonwoven geotextile fabric. A copy of the bid tabulations
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of May , 1994.
