RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF
CF.RTI Fl CATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
FOR WHEELCHAIR I RANSIT TO A NEW OWNER,
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS REHABILITATION HOSPITAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby authorizes Wheelchair Transit, Inc. to transfer the
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for Wheelchair Transit to the new owner,
Northwest Arkansas Rehabilitation Hospital.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of Aoril 1994.
