RESOLUTION NO. 40-94
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
FOR $200,000 TO TRANSFER MONIES FROM THE EXCESS
CEC ACCUMULATED RESERVES HELD IN THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby approves a hudget adjustment in the amount of
$200.000 to transfer monies from the excess CEC accumulated reserves held in the general fund
to the Advertising and Promotion Fund. A copy of the hudget adjustment is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of Annl 1994.
