HomeMy WebLinkAbout38-94 RESOLUTIONCCR :9 en 9 23 • RESOLUTION NO. 38-94 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A RIGHT OF WAY GRANT CONVEYING A UTILITY EASEMENT FOR POWER LINES ACROSS PROPER'T'Y ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY AT INDIAN TRAIL ROAD AND RAZORBACK ROAD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Right of Way Grant conveying a utility easement for power lines across property along the north side of city owned property at Indian Trail Road and Razorback Road. A copy of the Right of Way Grant authorized for execution is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. PASSED AND APPROVED this _5th day of April 1994.
