A RESOI,L'I'ION DECLARING RIVER CITY (DELA VUF.,
INC.) LOCATED AT 612 NORTH COLLEGE IN
FAYETTLV1LLE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville has received numerous complaints from citizens of
Fayetteville regarding the operation of River City and the resulting adverse impact on the public
welfare to general and the welfare of the immediate residential neighborhood in specific, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has given the opportunity to all interested parties in this
matter an opportunity to he heard and present evidence and has heard testimony from all such
parties desiring to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 The City Council is of the opinion and hereby declares that River City
(Deja Vue, Inc ) located at 612 North College, Fayetteville, Arkansas. m close proximity to
existing residential areas, constitutes a public nuisance.
