RESOLUTION NO.142-94
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE
CONTRACT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS TO
OPERATE THE EDUCATIONAL, ACCESS CHANNEL,
THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1995.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Council hereby authorizes an extension of time for the University of
Arkansas to op,rate the Educational Access Channel through December 31, 1995.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of December 1994.
