A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,500.00 TO INCREASE FUNDING FOR
SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL, FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Council hereby approves a hudget adjustment in the amount of
$72.500.00 to increase Solid Waste Disposal, Acct. No. 5500 5020 5316 00, by decreasing
Sanitation Fees, Acct. No. 5500 0950 4430 00. A copy of the hudget adjustment is attached
hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

more residences and as a result the volume of solid waste
collections has increased resulting in increased landfill cost.
