AND T() PROCEED WITH ACQUIST1ON OF THREE
ADDITIONAL PARCH S AND ONE AVIGATION EASEMENT
TO COMPLETE FEDERAL GRANT PROJECT #3-05-0020-15
ANI) APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT 1N THE
AMOUNT $230,362.0).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE., ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the request that Federal Grant
Agreement #3-05-0020 15 tiff funding he extended. A copy of the letter requesting grant funds
is hereby attached hereto marked Exhihit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. The City Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$230,362.00 to the Land &e Easement Acquisition AIP J/3-05-0020-15, Acct. No. 5550 3960
7820 15. Project No. 91032.0001 by reducing Use of Fund Balance, Acct. No. 5550 0955 4999
99 in the amount of $23.036.00 and Land Easement Acquisition, Acct. No. 5550 0955 6820 15.
A copy of the budget adjustment is hereby attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Dear Mr. Kutchms:
Enclosed please find a prnpzrty map indicating thrze 43) fee simple tracts and one easement which I respectfully
request he included as a part lof the ahose referenced proiect. All of these tracts were included with our original
funding request. hrwever, were deleted due to insufficient funds at the time of the grant.
The three property owners of the tracts on :he west side of L.S. Highway 7: have all approached this office and
requested acquisition. stating that we hale "destroyed their neighborhood". The easement to the south of the
terminal ;s requited to finish work on the clearing project to reduce obstruction penetrations.
Below are listed for your reriew the anticipated amendment expenses. The abstract, suney, appraisal, review
appraisal. property value, and closing casts are actual figures. The relocation and demolition are estimates.
