A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE BANK OF OKLAHOMA AND THE CITY OF
FAYETTEV11.1.E FOR TRUSTEE, REGISTRAR, AND PAYING
AGENT SERVICES IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED 1994
WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE BOND ISSUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute a Letter of Agreement between the Bank of Oklahoma and the City of Fayetteville for
trustee, registrar, and paying agent services in relation to the proposed 1994 water and sewer
system revenue bond issue. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September , 1994.

RE: City of Fayettevi le Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1994
Dear Mr. Mayes:
Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. hereby accepts the duties and obligations and agrees to execute the
trusts imposed upon it by the Ordinance authorizing the issuance of the above described
bonds. This acceptance and agreement wil' become effective as of the date of issuance of
the above described bonds.
Bank of Oklahoma, N.A.'s fees will be as outlined it its proposal to the City dated JLIy 21,
1994.
