TRUST AS SETTLEMENT IN RE: CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE V. DUNLAP/WHITFIELD, CIV 93- 491. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: ,Section 1- That the Council hereby accepts the Whitfield Trust attorney-in-fact, Gerald Jones' S12,000 counter offer to purchase property for the airport land acquisition project from the W.0 Whitfield, Jr. Trust as settlement in re- City of Fayetteville v. The W.D. Schock Company feels that the amount of $12,000.00 w ill be acceptable to the FAA and therefore requests that you sign on the designated line below to verify your acceptance of an administrative settlement in the amount of $12,000.00 based on the original avigation and obstruction lighting easements in our o riginal offer dated January 25, 1993, that were appraised on December 22, 1992, by The Real Estates Consultants.
