RESOLUTION NO. 74-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR
APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE TO ACQUIRE THE
NECESSARY PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FOR THE SOUTHERN
SEGMENT OF THE 36" WATER MAIN TRANSMISSION AND
WATER TANKS AND APPROVAL OF A BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor or his appointed representative are hereby authorized to
acquire the necessary permanent and temporary construction easements for the southern segment
of the 36" water main transmission and water tanks.
Section 2. That the Council hereby approves a budget adjustment in the amount of
$221,000 by decreasing the Use of Fund Balance, Acct. No 4470 0947 4999 99 increasing
Easements, Acct. No. 4470 9470 5808 00. A copy of the budget adjustment is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
