RESOLUTION NO.
67-93
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER IN THE
AMOUNT OF $21,945.00 TO STRONG SEAL SYSTEMS
CORPORATION TO ALLOW FOR THE PURCHASE OF MS2A
STRONG SEAL MANHOLE SEALING CEMENT AS PART OF
THE SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT OF
THE ILLINOIS RIVER WATERSHED BASINS 10 AND 11
(WILSON PARK AREA).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVD I F, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Council hereby approves a purchase order in the amount of
$21,945.00 to Strong Seal Systems Corporation to allow for the purchase of MS2A Strong Seal
Manhole Sealing Cement as part of the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project the Illinois River
Watershed Basins 10 and 11 (Wilson Park area). A copy of the purchase order and quotation
by the company is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
