A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EXTENSION TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS TO
OPERATE THE EDUCATIONAL CHANNEL ON THE
WARNER CABLE SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
extension to the agreement with the University of Arkansas to operate the Educational Channel
on the Warner Cable System for a six month period ending November 2, 1993.
