A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS GREEN SPACE
REQUIREMENT FROM DEVELOPER MARK MARQUESS
APPROXIMATELY 14 ACRES LAND DEDICATION FOR THE
PINECREST AND PINEVALLEY ADDITIONS TO BE USED
AS A CITY PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
&1i4II.1. That the City Council hereby accepts as green space requirement from
developer Mark Marquess approximately 14 acres land dedication for the Pinecrest and
Pinevalley Additions to be used as a city park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of April , 1993.
