RESOLUTION NO. 30-93
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO ACT AS THE CITY'S AGENTS IN COMPLETING
LAND ACQUISITIONS AND RELOCATIONS IN PHASES 2,
3, 4, AND 5 OF THE AIRPORT LAND ACQUISITION
PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL
UNIFORM RELOCATION ACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to act as the City's agents m completing land acquisitions and relocations in Phases 2, 3,
4, and 5 of the Airport Land Acquisition Project in accordance with the Federal Uniform
Relocation Act. A copy of the AIP #15 Estimated Cost Sheet for payment is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
